Last mission as Secretary-general, 31st CAPS Taipei

Visiting Taiwan's Academia Historica on Jan.4 2024 to collect the historical material of the Chinese Association of Political Science (CAPS) since 1932.  The 32nd CAPS Taipei is on duty.
