The conference to celebrate 50th anniversary of Insitute of European and American Studies (IEAS), Academia Sinica. Dr. Shin-hui Chen (CIER) and I analyze the impact of the EU's recent industrial policies on Taiwanese enterprises' investment decision through a questionnaire, especially focusing on the semi-conductor sector.
