I presented a draft (with two master students and Prof. Ya-chi Lin) about Xi's "Two-mountain theory."  This is based on a questionnaire survey in Anji county of Zhejiang province, the pilot zone of the theory.

 As Secretary-general of Chinese Association of Political Science (CAPS Taipei), it is my great honor to participate at 2023 IPSA with President Chin-peng Chu.  In addition to the affairs of IPSA council meeting, we also made presentations at East-Asia Presidential-roundtable and Argentine International Relation Association (CARI).
